Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our studio in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada!


What is your shipping schedule?

We do our best to process all of our orders within 2 days of being placed. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. If you have chosen a tracked service, please allow some time for the tracking info to be updated on the carrier's tracking page.

Certain parcels are carried over the border to be processed and shipped through the United States. The schedule for these parcels is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - excluding all Canadian and American holidays.


When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. A number of variables can affect the delivery time, including customs clearance for international orders. Please note that the delivery standards shown on the shipping options provided by Canada Post and FedEx are only guidelines, and are not a guarantee. Although we do our best to get our orders shipping as quickly as possible, once they leave the studio, they are at the whim of the Postal System!

If you have chosen Canada Post Letter Mail as your shipment option, here are some general guidelines for delivery times from the ship date:

  • Canada 2-7 days
  • Europe 10-21 days

If you are using our USPS rates, shipping times in the continental US are generally 3-7 business days once they have entered the mail stream.


What is my tracking number?

If you chose a tracked service like Canada Post Tracked Packet, FedEx Ground or FedEx Priority Overnight, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority,  your tracking number will be included in the fulfilment email we send out when your order is packed up and shipped out. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking page. 

If you have chosen Canada Post Letter Mail or Canada Post Small Packet, please be aware that these are untracked services. If you definitely require a tracking number for your order, don't choose either of these options at checkout!


My order hasn't shown up yet, what gives?

If you think your order should have arrived by now and it hasn't, please send an email with your name and order number to support@explorerspress.com.


There was a charge at the time of delivery/at the post office on the package! Why?

Although uncommon, sometimes your home country will charge you import fees for bringing in products from another country. These are generally collected on delivery and have nothing to do with our business - the money is being charged to you through the postal carrier from your local government. These are uncommon because we deal in low dollar items, but they sometimes do occur. We are in no way responsible for any unexpected fees/charges/duties.


Can I return my item?

We do accept returns/exchanges if you have an issue with your item. Send an email to support@explorerspress.com and we'll get you sorted out!
